Forest Student Presentation Accepted at National Conference on Diversity

Forest student and Diversity Fellowship recipient, Rhameka Shelley, will present a racial and cultural identity workshop she developed entitled The C.A.S.T. (Cultural Awareness Student Training). Rhameka has been invited to present The C.A.S.T in October at the 9th Annual Diversity Challenge conference sponsored by the Institute for the Study and Promotion of Race and Culture at Boston College.  The Boston, Mass., venue will include an interdisciplinary forum in which a variety of perspectives are explored and scientists, practitioners, and social activists can interact with each other with respect to the theme of racial identity and cultural factors in treatment, research, and policy.

We're proud of you, Rhameka!
