Students Receive Travel Stipends to Present at Conferences

Through Forest's Student Travel Award Program started in 2006, students are able to apply for financial assistance from Forest Institute to help offset costs related to travel in presenting their research at regional and national conferences. Over $18,000 has been awarded to 62 students in support of their research projects since Fall 2007. Forest recently announced the following recipients of funding for the Spring 2009 cycle:
