Kimberly Ramacciotti Becomes New Master's Program Advisor

"Please join me in congratulating Kimberly Ramacciotti on her new
position in our organization! Kimberly has accepted the role of
Master’s
Programs Advisor, a position that was developed to meet the unique needs of
our Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology (MACP) and Master of Arts in
Clinical Psychology (MACL) students," said Megan Weaver, Dean of the Master's Program.
Kimberly joined the Forest community as an
Admissions Counselor in January 2010, after earning a Master of Science in
Counseling degree from Missouri State University,
Kimberly will be the advisor for all MACP and MACL students
at the Springfield campus. In addition to coordinating several academic
processes, she will advise the Springfield MACP and MACL students on their
academic and professional careers, including licensure and employment.
"I am extremely
excited for this new opportunity. I look forward to working in my new role with
current students and incoming students beginning this Fall," said Ramacciotti.
Kimberly’s first official day in her new position will be
Monday, August 15. She will also continue her work as an Admissions Counselor
as we search for a qualified person to fulfill that role. She will fully
transition into the Master’s Programs Advisor role on September 5. Her new
office will be located in the middle hallway, next to Weaver's.
"I’m looking forward to working with Kimberly in this new
role and know that she will enhance the quality of students’ experiences at
Forest. I am especially excited about the positive influence she will have with
our current MACP and MACL students and future alumni," said Weaver.
