Immediate openings for full-time core faculty members
Forest Institute of Professional Psychology is an independent, non-profit, professional school offering both masters and APA-accredited PsyD degrees in psychology and post-graduate certificate in marriage and family therapy.
Forest has the following immediate openings for full-time core faculty members:
Integrated healthcare/ health psychology (IHC)
Child and adolescent clinical psychology (Child)
Rank is dependent upon qualifications. Successful candidates for all positions will have a commitment to excellence in teaching and clinical training. In addition to teaching, our core faculty advise students with thesis and dissertation projects, provide clinical supervision, and engage in independent scholarly work including research, presentations, and scientific writing.
Minimum qualifications include a PhD or PsyD from an APA-accredited program and completion of an APA-accredited or APPIC member internship program. For IHC faculty, experience in both clinical and health psychology in a medical setting is preferred. For MFT faculty, experience in marriage and family is required, AAMFT-approved Supervisor and/or experience in clinical psychology are preferred. For Child faculty, experience in child/adolescent clinical psychology is required. Missouri licensure/license-eligible preferred for all positions.

Adjunct Faculty
We are always recruiting experienced professionals to serve as adjunct instructors in our degree programs. Forest Institute of Professional Psychology invites ongoing applications for adjunct faculty positions. Successful candidates are expected to have a commitment to excellence in teaching and a record of successful teaching experiences. Payment per course for adjunct faculty varies according to longevity with the Institution as well as the number of enrolled students in the course. Course day/times are flexible as classes meet during the day, in the evenings, as well as on the weekends.
