Forest Student Awarded Scholarship

Antoni Hanigan, PsyD student who is currently working on her doctoral project with the Structured Interview for Violence Risk Assessment (SIVRA-35), has been awarded a scholarship by the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (ATAP).

The ATAP Dr. Chris Hatcher Memorial Scholarship is awarded with the purpose of spurring interest at the student level in topics related to threat assessment, stalking and violence in the workplace. The award includes travel to the August ATAP conference, registration fees, three nights at the Disneyland hotel at the conference, and a $2000 monetary award. This conference offers a unique opportunity for students to not only learn the state of the art but also to meet with experts in the field.
