Forest Professor to Present on “Working with Families with a Child with Special Needs”

Dr. Kristina S. Brown, LMFT and her husband, R. Tucker Brown, M.Ed., who is a Special Education teacher and football and basketball coach at Cherokee Middle School in Springfield, will be presenting on "Working with Families with a Child with Special Needs” during The Missouri School Counselor Association 2014 Fall Conference held November 2-4, 2014 at the Tan-Tar-A Resort in Osage Beach, MO.

Approximately 1,200 school counselors attend each MSCA conference

The MSCA was established in 1948 and serves over 1600 members.The group supports professional school counselors’ efforts to promote academic, career, and personal/social development for all students, and provides professional development.advocates for school counselors with legislators, parents, school boards, and other educational professionals.
