Why did you choose Forest?

I became interested in Forest after looking over their Forensic/Corrections concentration brochure. When I interviewed at Forest, I was highly impressed with the Murney Clinic and felt comfortable with the faculty.

What is your favorite thing about Forest, and why?

The opportunities for clinical training. There is a great amount of flexibility to tailor your training to your professional goals.

What is a moment in your academic career of which you are proud?

I am proud of my ability to work, go to school and still have fun.

Best thing about the faculty and student interaction at Forest?

I felt like I was able to select my own mentors when I started at Forest. I was able to work with faculty who have interests that are similar to my own.

Why should a student choose Forest?

A student should choose Forest if they are looking for a school to provide them with real-world experience. If a student if focused on becoming a competent clinician, Forest is an excellent choice.

What is one thing everyone must do while in Springfield, and why?

Everyone should go to the Bass Pro Shop. They have two restaurants, waterfalls, turtles, fish, spiders, snakes and all kinds of exhibits inside the store.

Best thing to do on a cheap date in Springfield?

Two dollar putt-putt at Fun Acres, a walk through the Japanese Stroll Gardens and a movie at Campbell 16.

Favorite Forest myth or story?

Dr. Skrade owns a zonkey.

Favorite story or aspect of life in Springfield?

Springfield is a very easy-going town, but there are still plenty of things to do here.
