Registration Options
Register On-Line: You may register on-line here for both Springfield and St. Louis programs. A credit card will be needed to complete the transaction.
Phone: Call us at 417-823-3469. We will be happy to complete your registration by telephone or answer any questions you may have about the continuing education workshops, business-related onsite training, or health and wellness programs.
In-Person: Register in person at our office at 2885 West Battlefield Road, Springfield, MO, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Register Early
Sign up immediately to ensure a place in the workshop(s) of your choice. Many of our classes have limited enrollment and may fill quickly, so act now to avoid disappointment. While there is no deadline for registration, we cannot guarantee a spot if you register on the day of the workshop. If a class does not fill, we will notify you by email or phone three days prior to the start date or as soon as possible.
Course Admission
You will be officially enrolled in the workshop(s) of your choice as soon as we receive your registration form and payment. We will send you an email confirmation if time permits. We will call you if there is a problem with your registration or if there are changes in dates or times which you should be aware of. Be sure to sign-in at the greeting table at the start of each program.
Discounts
Some discounts are available for full-time students with a valid student ID, current members of the Missouri Psychological Association or teams of 3 from the same organization who are attending the same workshop. Call 417-823-3469 for more information.
Bad Weather
Bad Weather: If weather conditions are bad and you are uncertain about the status of your program, please call us at 417-823-3469. The Center for Innovation & Community Health follows the policies of Forest Institute - if Missouri State University is closed for bad weather then the Forest Institute campus is closed and subsequently CICH workshops will not be held. Workshop will try to be rescheduled or a full refund or fee transfer will be awarded.
Cancellation Policy
CICH reserves the right to cancel any workshop or seminar, change times, locations or substitute instructors, if necessary. If canceled by CICH/Forest Institute, registrants will receive notification and a full refund. No-shows by registrants will not be refunded. Substitutions are allowable or transfer to a different workshop. All registration cancellations must be made by phone 417-823-3469, at least 5 business days in advance for a full refund. Cancellation within 5 business days will incur a full refund minus a processing administrative fee.

Forest Institute’s building is fully accessible. Please call or email with specials needs including dietary restrictions.

Refunds, Transfers, Credits & Withdrawals
We will refund your full fee, or issue you a credit, in the event that we cancel your workshop.
If you withdraw from a program at least 5 business days before the workshop begins, we will send you a refund or arrange a full credit. Credits will be held on file for up to six months.
If the workshop for which you registered is full, we will contact you, and if you wish, place you on a waiting list, or refund your full fee.
No-shows will not be refunded. Please refer to Cancellation Policy.
Continuing Education (CE) Credit
The Center for Innovation and Community Health continuing education is accredited by the American Psychological Association.
Certification for Continuing Education are generally issued on the day of the event, but may be mailed to registrants if necessary. Official replacement CE Certificates of Attendance are available for $5 per certificate or may be emailed at no charge. Most workshops CEs are included in the workshop fee, unless otherwise noted.
All Non-CE workshop participants will be given proof of attendance.
