Minnesota Life Bridge (MLB) has several unique positions for Board Certified Behavior Analysts to apply behavioral science within the emerging person-centered context of human services in Minnesota, designed for broad impact on the service system for individuals with intellectual disabilities and significant behavioral challenges. MLB is involved in a statewide effort to evaluate existing services for people against the standards of best practice in Person-centered Positive Behavior Supports, and build capacity within the public and private service sectors to successfully support people in integrated community settings. This will include but not be limited to review of existing assessments and treatment plans, conducting individualized assessments and making intervention recommendations, training/capacity building for existing treatment teams, and facilitating connections with community resources. Job Description:

Evaluate supports and services for individuals with intellectual disabilities and severe problem behavior and related complex needs across Minnesota, conduct behavioral assessments, design positive behavior support interventions, develop data tracking systems, provide training and technical assistance for treatment teams in design, implementation, and monitoring of individualized positive behavior support interventions. It is also expected that the BCBA will expand their personal professional skill set through training in person-centered practices.

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis or a behavioral health-related field (e.g., psychology, clinical social work, counseling, etc.);

• At least one year of experience developing and implementing behavioral interventions for individuals exhibiting challenging behavior;

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification.
