CARD was started in 1990 by renowned psychologist and early researcher of autism, Dr. Doreen Granpeesheh. She designed a unique treatment curriculum based on the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) method and built an organization of dedicated and trained staff.Currently CARD has 23 U.S.-based offices serving in the following states: California, Arizona, Texas, New York, Virginia, and Illinois; and 1 International offices in New Zealand.CARD additionally provides ABA services in countries around the world, including South Africa, Jordan, Zimbabwe, Barbados, Thailand, Italy and Ireland. CARD’s goal is to become the worldwide leader of top-quality autism treatments.



CARD is seeking qualified therapists for 1:1 behavioral therapist positions across multiple locations.Therapists implement in home and school based treatment programs for CARD clients and their families using ABA (Applied behavior Analysis) techniques. The CARD Therapist is an integral part of the therapy team as their work directly influences client success. Therapists report to the CARD Supervisor responsible for the client’s case. CARD provides extensive initial and on-going training and support. Monthly coaching sessions will be provided by the Supervisor to ensure the highest quality service. This position is non-exempt and can be either full or part time.


•Represent CARD policy enthusiastically •Represent CARD professionally and ethically to internal and external stakeholders •Provide top-quality one on one therapy in home, school and clinic settings under the direction of the clinical supervisor •Set and meet performance goals for case quality, clinic quality and billable time •Attend introductory and on-going training •Maintain accurate and timely records including timesheets and reports •Report to clinical supervisor on client progress and provide treatment recommendations •Participate in regular meeting •Minimize cancellations •Maintain minimum billable requirement





•Experience/interest in working with children – 6+ month experience with Developmentally Disabled Population preferred (Volunteer, work experience, etc.) •Bachelors degree or near completion of degree in related field preferred •Availability of 10+ hours per week •Reliable means of transportation with proof of auto insurance •No past criminal history, must pass tuberculosis test **BCaBA required in some locations
