*Description of Job and Duties: Gateway Learning Group is seeking dynamic Behavior Analysts to oversee home and school-based ABA programs.

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Direct client programs and manage staff implementation of services

• Supervise Gateway Therapists and Program Supervisors

• Design client program goals and objectives; observe and report on client progress

• Conduct weekly staff trainings and provide feedback to employees on new developments within clients' programs

• Design and deliver trainings to parents and staff

• Conduct assessments including Functional Behavior Analyses

• Develop Positive Behavior Interventions Plans

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
