Distribution of Funds
Your financial aid will be applied to your billing statement to cover
all charges owed to the school such as tuition, required student fees,
and other incidental charges. A refund will be issued if your aid
exceeds your charges usually during the second week of your first
semester attended then during the first week of each semester
thereafter. A $500 advance will be issued for books if you have a
completed packet in before the start of your first semester. You may
restrict the use of your federal aid to current required student fees
and tuition charges only.
