04. How do I apply?
Applying is easy:
- Submit your application and fee – you can do this electronically or complete the application found in the admissions packet and mail your fee or call us with your credit card information.
- Request transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate institutions and have them sent directly to Forest.
- Request that GRE scores be forwarded to our Institutional Code #8525.
- Request three Professional Recommendation Forms to be submitted using the forms provided.
- Submit a Personal Essay.
- Submit a current resume/vita.

Complete a personal interview with our faculty and staff.
