CLINICAL PROGRAMS
Forest Institute's core strength is excellence in training. Whether you are a student, intern, or resident, you will receive expert modeling from seasoned clinicians as you work along with them in the Murney Clinic and other clinical settings associated with our program. Our programs offer the opportunity for continuity of training - from practicum to internship and then on through post-doctoral residency. Our programs also offer a broad range of training experiences to complement elective content areas (e.g. marriage and family therapy, corrections, forensics, neuropsychology, child and adolescent therapy). A wide variety of theoretical orientations (e.g. psychodynamic, constructivist, interpersonal, cognitive-behavioral) and specialties (e.g., child and adolescent, addictions, forensics, neuropsychology) are represented among faculty clinicians, which supports the breadth of training experiences offered at Forest Institute. |
